By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We accept Visa and Mastercard in Naira only. Private cheques are not accepted.
Under Nigerian law, guests must provide a valid ID. Foreign nationals must provide their international passport and/or resident permit at check-in.
There is no room charge for children under 12 years old (maximum of four people) when sharing with parents or paying guardians, provided no extra bedding is required.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, arms and weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
Visitors must vacate rooms by 10:00 PM, and not more than four visitors are allowed in a room at any time.
Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
An additional 50% of the room rate will be charged for late check-outs between 2:00 PM and 5:30 PM, after which a full room rate applies. Late check-out is subject to room availability.
Loud noise within rooms or in and around the building is strictly prohibited.
All rooms must be paid for in advance for each night’s stay. Keys cannot be issued without full payment. Key cards will deactivate at 12:00 noon on the day of check-out.
Charges to rooms from hotel service points can only be accepted if a deposit has been made to the room account. Otherwise, payments must be made at those service points.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to evict guests immediately if this rule is breached and/or charge a cleaning fee of ₦250,000.
This charge is in addition to any penalties that may apply under Nigerian law, including breach of the Tobacco Act Regulation.
